What I Offer - Counselling and Psychotherapy for individuals weekly sessions of 50 minutes
- Counselling and Psychotherapy for couples weekly sessions of 90 minutes
- Fully qualified counsellor

- I offer therapy over Skype/FaceTime or on the phone. Skype/FaceTime sessions offer an accessible, convenient and discrete alternative to traditional face-to-face therapy, providing you with the same experience but from the comfort and privacy of your own home or office.

Initial Assessment
During the initial assessment we will discuss your needs and expectations of the counselling process along with your personal history. In addition, this is an opportunity to discuss how we could work together, exploring key goals along with practicalities such as the timing of our weekly sessions and the duration (short or long term requirements).

We are centrally located in Surbiton (KT6) less than 50 yards from Surbiton station and opposite Waitrose. I serve the Surrey area: Kingston Upon Thames, Esher, Chessington, New Malden, Tolworth, Thames Ditton, Epsom, Ewell and Wimbledon. There is free parking available at Waitrose and I am located next to the Surbiton station bus stop. Served by bus routes 71, K1, K2, K3, 465, 281, 513, 65.
